Important check-in info:
Reservation confirmations will be sent via email directly after booking. Door access code will be shared day of check-in both via email and text message. Guest portal ink will be provided with door access code, early check in upgrade, wifi password, driving instructions, parking instructions and more. Please be sure to click this link for helpful information regarding your up coming stay.
Cancelation Policy
Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 7 days of arrival
Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival
No Charge - If cancelled within 15 days of arrival.
For larger groups who are reserving 50% or more of the property we require 15 days cancelation notice to be eligible for a 50% refund and 30 days notice to be eligible for a 100% refund.
Is there an office or front desk for check-in?
No, we have moved to a self check-in process via smart lock so that guest may check in 24 hours a day. Access codes are sent out several ways before check in.
Is Blue Doors kid friendly?
You bet! Bring the entire family.
May I bring my dog?
Yes. We charge a pet fee of $10 per night and have a one pet per casita policy. Pets must not be left unattended in casita for any reason.
How close are you to Tenkiller State Park and the Lower Illinois River ?
We are located one mile from the lower Illinois river which has kayaking and trout fishing and we are two miles away from the Pine Cove Marina located at Lake Tenkiller.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Standard check-in time is 4PM, early check-in can be requested for an up-charge of $25 via the guest portal.
Standard check-out time is 11AM, late check-out can be requested for an up-charge of $25 via the guest portal.
All check-in, check-out adjustments must be approved by management in the guest portal.
Do you feature live music?
Yes, Blue Doors often has live music on Saturdays from spring until fall.
Can the entire property be rented for events such as weddings and family reunions?
Absolutely. Inquire via email or phone in the “Contact” tab to chat with us about options and rates for your special event. When booking online please select “The Whole Shebang” at checkout.
We have 13 casitas in total, 4 of which have two double beds with a maximum occupancy of 4 people per casita and the remaining 9 casitas have one king sized bed with a maximum occupancy of two putting the total number of guest we can comfortably accommodate at 34. Should you need a bit more space there are a few other locations locally that can house your overflow guest.
What do I need to bring if I plan on cooking in the outdoor kitchen?
The area is stocked with basic essentials including cast iron skillets, BBQ utensils, basic seasonings, plastic plates, cups, cutting boards and knives.
Is there a fridge in my room?
Yes! Each casita has been remodeled and includes a kitchenette that is appointed with a small mini fridge, coffee pot, coffee grounds as well as a microwave/air fryer combo. There are also dishes in each room. We ask that anything found in the casitas remain in the casitas to avoid accidental damage and loss. You might consider bringing a cooler for ice if that is something you plan on using during your stay as the freezer space in the mini fridge is quite small.
Do I need to bring wood for the fire pit or pizza oven?
We suggest bringing your own, smaller firewood for the pizza oven. We provide fire pit wood for burning.
Does Blue Doors sell food or drinks?
We do not at this time.
Where can I get a Blue Doors shirt?
We are in the beginning stages of designing shirts, hats, stickers, cups and some other cool things. Once these are available we will add a link to our online shop! Stay tuned.
